2. Provide your order number (starts with "BG") and the email address used at checkout.
3. Return your bottles to the address provided by our support team. Used and empty bottles are accepted.
4. Receive your refund once we confirm receipt of the returned bottles. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method.

What's Covered

• The full purchase price of the product.
• Refund regardless of whether the bottles are full, partially used, or empty.
• Refunds for any reason — no questions asked.

What's Not Covered

• Original shipping costs are not refunded for single-bottle orders that included a paid shipping fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refund requests made after the 60-day window cannot be honored.
• Free bonus eBook downloads are non-refundable but yours to keep.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Address
